Glenda-Rose Layne is a professional Story teller, actress, writer, director. Over the years she performed regionally and internationally. Having awarded a Government Scholarship to study Theatre in Education / Drama In Education; her final project was done at the Golden Grove Male Prisons where she used the performing Arts as a medium to teach ethical values. Some of her more acclaimed productions are : From Revolution to Revolution To Young to die Please don’t let me be sorry The Unbroken Links of the past Voices of Africa Reflections of the Past Recognition Island vibes She is the holder of three Gold Medals, one Bronze, one Industry award for Acting & Spokes model at the World Championship of the Performing Arts Hollywood California. She is presently pursuing a PhD in Cultural studies at the University of Trinidad and Tobago.
