Enith Williams is a business and investment professional with over 30 years experience working on projects for social and economic development. She is passionate about community and human capital development and has worked on numerous community engagement projects in the USA and Jamaica. She returned to live in Jamaica in 2010, and founded the Downtown Kingston Music Theatre in 2016. The project uses musical theatre as a social intervention to introduce participant to career opportunities in the creative industry including performance and technical theatre skills. Enith is an award winning poet and short story writer.
