Phelan Lowe – Barbados

About Phelan Lowe: This young man has won the Irving Burgie Award twice; he is a Performance Poet, Professional Reggae Singer – working with the likes of Albert Olton, Peaches, James Lovell, Courtney Melody, Maxi Priest, Collie Budz and opened for Third World. He has acted alongside Rudolph Walker (East-Enders) in “Hit for Six”, and other credits include: “The NIS Campaign” and “Comfort Fabric Softener Commercial”, he is a Puppeteer and has worked for the Future Centre Trust performing for institutions around Barbados along with his wife. He has also been a Literary Arts Judge & Party Monarch Judge twice. His professional work experience also includes teaching English at Secondary level, script writing, videography, editing, graphics, teaching leadership skills, public speaking and debating.
